We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at teamfitkaari@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at teamfitkaari@gmail.com.
You can return the item you don’t want and in exchange by another. If you are not sure about what you want to buy in exchange, then we shall provide you a store credit valid for six months from the date of issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We hold the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such case, please notify us at teamfitkaari@gmail.com with subject RETURNS within 3 days of receiving the order. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.
